A few important points about payment and participant commitment, so working together goes smoothly for both sides.
Payment Policy
- • A booking is confirmed once the down payment is received [PLACEHOLDER: DP % / amount not yet set].
- • Full payment is due at latest [PLACEHOLDER: number of days] before the event date.
- • Free transport within Jabodetabek applies to the package tiers (25/50/100 participants) only. Outside a package tier or outside Jabodetabek, transport is charged separately.
Participant Commitment
- • The "Activity Only" tier requires a minimum of 10 participants; "Other Classes" require a minimum of 20. Numbers below the minimum may affect the per-participant rate.
- • A significant change in participant count close to the event date [PLACEHOLDER: how many days before] may affect crew and material availability.
- • Merchandise and aprons are provided on loan for the duration of the event, per each package's terms.
